HRamp Up was founded in 2021 by Dana Schmidt, a broadly skilled HR executive. He founded the company on the belief that the traditional HR model was outdated. 

Dana witnessed HR practitioners providing solutions that were policy-heavy, predictable and repeated under different scenarios. These “carbon copy” solutions, decreased employee engagement, reduced productivity, lessened organizational agility and stifled innovation.

Throughout the years, Dana piloted various methods to evolve the HR model. After a series of trials and errors, he successfully executed on his vision by, in part, applying a broader and deeper business perspective to the model. 

Today, HRamp Up provides holistic, results-driven, transformational people support to businesses, nonprofits and individuals across the nation.
