Dana Schmidt is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of HRamp Up. He also serves as a fractional/interim Chief People Officer, mentor and coach. In addition, Dana is the Vice Chairperson at Native American Connections and Vice Chair, Volunteer Engagement at Scottsdale Leadership. He previously served as Chairman of the Board at Kids in Focus.

Dana possess extensive people, strategic, financial, operational and communications knowledge. For over two decades, he’s combined his transformative mindset with his disciplined approach to execution at start-ups, private equity backed companies, small/mid-sized businesses, large global corporations, Fortune 100 companies and nonprofits. 

Dana earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA), bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an HR major and Economics minor, along with three esteemed HR certifications:

• Senior Professional in HR (SPHR)

• Society for HR Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  

With a passion and genuine talent for bringing out the best in people, Dana is also highly effective mentor and coach. He’s provided guidance to and inspired hundreds of career professionals, from interns to Fortune 100 C-Suite executives. Dana's biggest joy is experiencing people advance and achieve extraordinary results.

Within his community, Dana is a passionate philanthropist and has donated extensively to promote healing, reduce health disparities, empower community leaders and significantly improve lives.

One of his most notable achievements was the development of an innovative high school internship program that changed the trajectories of youth‘s lives and gained the attention of the Scottsdale mayor, education officials and the media.

Brandon Vasquez is the VP, Client Success at HRamp Up. Previously, he was a Business Development Leader at McKesson. Brandon also held business development and sales leadership roles at DDP Interactive, RealtyNow and Compass Group.

Brandon has broad client success, business development, sales, operations and marketing expertise. For over two decades, he’s combined his contagious approach to relationship building with his relentless drive for execution at start-ups, small/mid-sized businesses, Fortune 500 global corporations and Fortune 100 companies. 

Brandon attended University of Minnesota and Inver Hills Community College and earned his Accredited in Medical Sales (AMS) certification from the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA).
